Upon arrival in Arizona we immediately went sight seeing to Tortilla Flats. The draw for us, Prickly Pear Ice Cream. It was delicious, the closest thing I could compare it to was maybe cranberries, without the tartness. It was fruity but not too sweet, oh so yummy. Unfortunatly we didn't think to take a picture of it.

I don't think the pictures do the landscape justice. I love the colours of the desert.

a little suggestion to make the landscape pictures really "pop" would be to try cropping them a little shorter with picasa (to kind of "panoramic" them) ... also working on the fill light & shadows to show more detail in the foreground.
but they are seriously awesome pictures to begin with !! :)
